Salad "Mushroom meadow", bright, beautiful and most importantly - very tasty, is a real decoration on the festive table. His classic recipe is budget and simple, consisting mostly of local vegetables. Bright colors of the finished dish attract the eye of guests and cause considerable appetite.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
Preliminary preparation of the ingredients consists in the fact that you need to cook the vegetables necessary for the recipe in advance, boil them in slightly salted water, and cool.
It is better to start cutting the ingredients immediately before cooking, so as not to wind the food. Mushrooms for the top layer can be used to any taste, as well as greens. You can make assorted dill, parsley and green onions.
